Ariana Grande‘s ex-fiancee, Pete Davidson, has refused to see the pop star after she rushed over after the news of an apparent suicide threat went viral.
After she has been on the headlines for quite a while now after her former boyfriend Mac Miller passed away early this year, she was also named Billboard 2018 Woman of the year and also reached a milestone when her music video ‘Thank U’ surpassed Adele‘s ‘Hello’ to be the fastest video to reach the landmark of 100 million views.
According to TMZ, Pete had instructed his security to stop Ariana when she arrived at the building after he learnt she was on her way, as she had been calling friends after he posted what looked like a suicide note.
Pete’s scary post read;
“i really don’t want to be on this earth anymore. i’m doing my best to stay here for you but i actually don’t know how much longer i can last.”
It was also gathered that his defense of Kanye triggered the post. Pete previously made fun of Kanye’s mental illness last October and although he had recently jumped to Kanye’s defense, he was attacked by Ye’s supporters who called him a hypocrite.
